Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Construction Supervisor License (CSL Unrestricted) in Massachusetts, and a proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, including planning, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project schedules.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status, address any questions or concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
Construction Supervisor License (CSL) in Massachusetts required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software, we use BuilderTrend and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
