Master Finisher

William Green Inc is seeking a Master Finisher with experience in all facets of wood treatments, stains, tints, topcoats and paint. This is a rare opportunity for the right individual. We are a small (15 person) shop located in western Massachusetts serving a demanding clientele. Position is also the head finisher and will run the department. We offer a clean, climate controlled environment, a cooperative atmosphere and co-workers who put quality first. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience with various types of finishes, color mixing, color matching, toning, glazing/ceruse and topcoat buffing. The Finish rooms are equipped with Kermlin spray systems, a make-up air spray booth and a dust free drying room.
