Position: Lead Carpenter
Location: Franklin County
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Take charge of carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and timely completion.
Team Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with a team of carpenters, subcontractors, and other trades to achieve project goals.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and project specifications to execute accurate and precise carpentry work.
Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control standards to deliver exceptional finished products.
Material Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate the use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a lead carpenter in residential construction.
Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
