You will be asked to learn the Mass Save program and accomodate the process with potential clients.
You will be trained on selling mini splits at first and your growth path will lead you to design build construction sales.
We do all designs in house.
We do all of our own drawings, heat loads, and pricing.
You will have all the support you need working with the owner.
There has never been a shortage of sales leads.
The sales pipeline has been established and constant for many years.

This position is a growth position to assist the existing sales team and eventually lead a sales team.
