Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive esthetics instruction in both theoretical and practical aspects of the field.
Prepare lesson plans and teach courses related to skin care, makeup application, hair removal, and spa treatments.
Supervise and evaluate students’ hands-on work in the clinic.
Stay current with industry standards and continuing education.
Prepare students for state licensing examinations.
Mentor students and provide guidance on career development.
Qualifications:
Valid esthetician license and instructor certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the esthetics industry.
Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
