Salon 241 is hiring! We are in need of a skilled and experienced stylist that works with all hair types, and all hair lengths. We are looking for a full-time stylist, or a part-time stylist. We are seeking a professional who is passionate about growing in their career, personable, has their own style, and resonates with our mission to create a community-oriented salon. We offer commission-based, competitive pay based on experience. Increases in commission are always evaluated to match our stylists' growth and talent at our salon. We have very loyal clientele and community support in Downtown Northampton. Our salon is increasingly busy and in need of more hands to help serve our diverse and enthusiastic community! Having your own client base is not necessary, so if you are new to the area this is a great opportunity!
We use Davines and Wella hair color along with Davines, Oribe, and Cult+King products. We offer quarterly education with color and cutting classes, as we are fully supportive of continued education for our stylists. We encourage our team to feed their curiosity and advance their skills!

Qualifications
- Must have a valid cosmetology license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hair styling
