Title: Kitchen Designer/Sales Representative

Salary: Base $16.83 per hour, with uncapped commissions (OTE over $90,000 annually)
About the Role:
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Kitchen Designer/Sales Representative at a leading kitchen retail brand expanding with studios inside Home Depot locations. In this role, you'll help customers design their dream kitchens using cutting-edge technology, all while providing an exceptional customer experience.
As a key member of the team, you will:
Engage with customers to understand their kitchen design needs and preferences.
Utilize advanced design technology to create customized kitchen layouts, offering over 50 million combinations of styles, colors, and sizes.
Drive sales in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment while building lasting relationships with customers.

What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Previous sales experience (preferably in a retail or design setting), with a passion for learning.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Motivation to succeed in a commission-based environment.
Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
