We are aggressively looking to hire for the position of Office Assistant.
The importance of this role is to have someone in the office capable of assisting with miscellaneous tasks to support the rest of the office staff, as well as the company itself.
Works directly with but not limited to: Office Manager, Vendors, Customers.
Hours: M-F Minimum of 15 hours/week, maximum of 40. Hours per day are flexible between 7am and 3:30pm
Pay: $18/hour. Christmas bonus to be one additional regular paycheck based on average hours worked. 80 Hours of Paid Time Off per year, given on the first of every year.
Technology: A computer and company office phone will be provided by Comfort Control Mechanical.
Expectations:
Office Duties
Keep track of and correct employee labor hours
Manage and maintain customer maintenance contracts
Answer phone for customer service when needed
Assist office staff with miscellaneous emails and documentation needs such as utilities scheduling, W-9s for contractors, etc.
Assist with part and equipment returns
Maintain office/administrative calendar
Order and keep track of office supplies including printer ink, paper, etc.
Miscellaneous tasks such as organizing employee birthday celebrations, creating employee folders, managing job folders
Manage customer reviews
Clean and maintain office
