Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily administrative tasks and general office support
Process payroll accurately and on schedule
Manage and file tax documentation and records
Prepare, review, and send invoices to customers
Maintain financial data in Sage and generate necessary reports
Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and reconciliations
Provide support to accounting and HR departments as needed
Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle basic office communications
Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems
Requirements:
Proven experience with Sage accounting software (required)
Knowledge of payroll, taxes, and general accounting processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior office or administrative experience preferred
