Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes meet the highest standards. Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and HACCP regulations.

- Operate precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, to measure product dimensions and tolerances.

- Utilize a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to verify product geometry and dimensions.

- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control processes.

- Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.

- Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure all equipment and instruments are properly calibrated and maintained to meet quality control standards.

- Participate in the development and implementation of new quality control procedures and protocols.

Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

- Proven experience in quality audits and inspections, with a strong understanding of ISO 9001 and HACCP regulations.

- Familiarity with Calypso quality control software or similar quality management systems.

- Experience with precision measuring instruments and Coordinate Measuring Machines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
