Split Excavating, Inc., is seeking one working Landscape/Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to start this spring. The Supervisor must be able to manage time and people, be prepared and organized and be able to maintain a strict schedule. Candidates for consideration must have landscaping experience and be a self-starter, reliable, hardworking and enjoy outdoor work.
Duties include supervising landscape laborers, lawn mowing, mulch and plant installation, pruning and hedge trimming, garden bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups. Candidates needs general knowledge of plant material, landscape practices, plant installation, mulching, cleanups, pruning and seeding.
This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, with an occasional Saturday (if needed). The candidate must be able to lift 50-100 lbs, work in adverse weather conditions, have a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record and reliable transportation. Experience with and availability to do snow removal and ice control in winter months is a plus. Please email resume with references and experience to [email protected].
