Fairborn Northeast, an industry leader in loading dock and door services and sales, is looking for a Shop Supervisor. Business is thriving and we need to add to our dynamic team.
In this position, you will manage and organize our Springfield warehouse. Daily tasks will be offloading incoming material, making deliveries to job sites while helping support our daily activities. This position requires a self-motivated and organized individual.
This position offers strong starting hourly wages with opportunity for overtime and advancement. Our pay structure is based on experience and the skills required to effectively manage this area of our business. Health Insurance and 401K are also available.
A strong candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Light Welding
A good driving record is a must
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Ability to operate a forklift
Must have a positive outlook and looking for growth in a company
Be safety conscious
OSHA Certifications a plus
