Part time farm work and market help

I want to hire some one part time thru October to help on a flower farm , part of the duties will be working at Farmers market 6:30-2:00 every Saturday , then flexible hours 1 or 2 , !/2 days a week help picking , weeding , etc . Like I said hours are flexible during the week but market is mandatory. Duties to include set up break down and assisting customers during market . This person should have good transportation as the farm is in Belchertown and market in Amherst. An interest, and working with flowers, is a plus. Ability to lift 40 lbs .
