Pay: Starting at $20–$23/hour based on experience, plus overtime after 40 hours, with tips included in total pay, and raises after gaining experience.
Schedule: Full-time, weekends required (50–60 hours/week during peak season)

What You'll Be Doing:
Driving a 2500HD series truck and trailer to deliver and pick up party rental equipment.
Setup and takedown of party equipment — you're not just dropping it off, you’ll make sure everything is perfect for our clients.
Loading and securing equipment in the truck and trailer.
Helping create unforgettable events while delivering excellent customer service.
Navigating local routes across Western MA and Northern CT.
What We're Looking For:
Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Able to lift 75–100 lbs repeatedly.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Weekend availability is a must.
DOT card required, but can be acquired after hire.
Strong work ethic and team player — this is an active, hands-on role.
