This a small, woman owned landscaping company looking for individuals to join me for the 2024 season
Our season typically starts April and runs through early November; depending on the weather of course. This job is part-time, with hours ranging normally between 20-30 hr/week. There will be weeks with less hours and some with more; depending on the time of the season.
Base pay starts at $20/hr. There will be opportunities for raises as experience is proven and responsibilities increase.
We do NOT mow lawns, instead focusing on the gardens themselves; the design, installation and maintenance of.
Knowledge of shrubs and perennials is great!
Experience in garden work is essential; the more the better!
Tasks include planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance.
All of our work is residential; We do not have any commercial properties.
This is a physically demanding job; but it is also important to note that there is a bit of artistry in everything we do.
This work is about more than just getting the job done; but about doing work we are proud of.
I am looking for reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented individuals to join my small crew.
A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are both important. We are a small crew that works closely together.
We travel to different locations, using our own vehicles. Individuals must have a valid license and reliable transportation. Our properties are primarily in Longmeadow, Wilbraham and East Longmeadow.
