Handyman Responsibilities Include:
Performing maintenance and repairs on residential buildings.
We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake repair tasks for residential buildings for a large remodeling company in Western mass, Hartford, and Worcester. Well rely on you to keep up with service repair requests and other functions.
Deft hands and technical knowledge are essential parts of a handymans arsenal. It would be best if you were well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina is significantly valued in this job.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs
Undertake light installation or carpenter work
Repair equipment or appliances
Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
Identify and report the need for major repairs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
Roofing, windows, siding, flooring, drywall, and painting.
Must have own truck/tools
Basic math skills
Good communication ability
Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
Attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation: $1000 per week, depending on experience.
