We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to fill a General Laborer position in our handyman and labor company. As a General Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects and client labor needs. You will perform manual labor tasks and support our team and clients to ensure all project successes.
Responsibilities:
Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, placing materials, cleaning, and organizing
Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks
Clean and maintain job sites, tools, and equipment
Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project goals
Provide cleaning services, moving services, hauling services, personal assistance with clients, and other jobs above and beyond assisting skilled tradespeople
Requirements:
Access to vehicle and hold a valid driver's license
Basic knowledge of construction principles and safety regulations
Strong organizational skills
Strong work ethic and reliability (on-time, every time)
Excellent communication skills
Work well with others (staff, management, vendors and clients)
Self motivated when working alone
Have a cell phone and access to the internet
Able and willing to work efficiently in a clean and safe environment
Clean and presentable appearance and proper decorum in any environment
