AUTOMOTIVE DISMANTLER WANTED
Looking for a motivated individual to join our team
Candidate must have following qualifications
-Be of great attendance, this is a job not a hobby. Interested individual is signing up for a 40 hour work week which falls under business operation hours
-Have reliable transportation to get to and from work each day.
-Must own their own tools, bare minimum is an in depth set of pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches and 1/2,3/8 & 1/4 drive setsmaybe some cordless impact tools.
-Must be able to take apart cars in the elements, our inventory is stored outside and applicant will be tasked will removing parts to our standards from select cars outside in the field
-Automotive Experience Requireddo not need to be a ASE Certified Master Tech, but someone who has a good working knowledge of parts on a vehicle.
We are seeking someone with the following experience but are willing to train the right person
-Active Listening Skills (Someone who can listen without interrupting and listens to understand. Not someone who does not ask questions or does not attempt to understand what we are asking. Not looking for an individual who just thinks they know how to take cars apart, we have procedures as to how we want the job to be done)
-Detail Oriented (Someone who can make observations on the parts they are given to pull, and communicate the conditions of the parts to their salespeople. We are working towards GOLD SEAL Certification and are working hard to make sure our inventory is spot on and there are no surprises upon delivery to our customers)
-Must Know Right vs Left, Passenger Side vs Driver Side, Front vs Rear.
Compensation is competitive and negotiablestarting pay for someone with very limited to zero experience would be $15. Willing to train the right person, and willing to Pay for Person with Experience in this field.
