The facilities staff at Lathrop are responsible for maintaining the building and grounds of both the Easthampton and Northampton campuses. This fully benefitted position is a key part of the resident experience, the facilities staff is primarily responsible for the physical campuses on which our residents live. The job duties include but are not limited to: apartment and townhome refurbishments and repair, interior and exterior painting, maintenance of all mechanical systems including HVAC, generators, plumbing and electrical. Assist our vendors in outdoor maintenance, snow removal, sanding, shoveling as well as spring and fall clean ups. The ability to lift up to 125 lbs and have a valid driver's license with a record acceptable to insurance underwriters is necessary.
