Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team for Lunch services and Breakfast service (breakfast is Sundays Only)
Wednesday - Saturday Lunch service.
Breakfast Service on Sundays Only
Closed Mondays & Tuesdays.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques.
Experience
Previous experience as a cook or prep cook in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.
Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and culinary terminology is essential.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen atmosphere are required.
