Experience:
Min 1 year cooking on a line. 3+ years preferred.
Expectations:
Well versed in all aspects of the line. Experience with BBQ or smoking meat a Plus!
Work independently to set up the line for service
Prepare all items needed for service
Must be able to follow instructions and prepare items that are up to our standards in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
