Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our culinary team as Kitchen Staff. As a member of our kitchen crew, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food and ensuring smooth kitchen operations to enhance the overall dining experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, cooking meats, and preparing sauces.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of trash.
Follow recipes and instructions from the chef to ensure consistency and quality in food production.
Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients, ensuring proper rotation and storage practices.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
