Experienced Saute' Line Cook

Casual fine dining team looking to add to its kitchen staff. Culinary degree or experience commensurate to 5 years saute/grill and work well with a team. Some light butchering, making soups, sauces and station build out. Thursday through Monday evenings 1pm till closing. Must be a self-starter and a team player.
