Job Location: Stow MA
Hours: 40 Hours a Week
Schedule: 5 Days a week M-F from 630am-3pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional, and passionate candidate for our Food Service Associate/Cashier. This person will be responsible for helping the Unit Manager with managing the daily operations of the dining areas to ensure culinary excellence in presentation and service. This includes setup and stocking buffet/self service stations, proper sanitation practices, using the POS system, cash handling, and catering.
Job Tasks
Works directly with other employees, clients, and vendors
Ensures sanitation and safety standards are met in all areas, daily
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary food and supplies
POS System Knowledge, Cash handling
Works quickly to keep up with the customer checkout line
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner
Keeps the Unit Manager promptly and fully informed of all equipment malfunctions
Participates and attends all weekly meetings
Reports to the Unit Manager
Requirements
2+ years experience working in food service
1 year cashier, POS, cash handling
Excellent professionalism, customer service, leadership and English verbal communication
Knowledge of food service operations
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
Must be able to pass a Background Screening and a Drug Test
Required to follow all new Covid-19 standards
Huge bonus, but not required
Hospitality Experience
Knowledge in café style service
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience and scope of our operation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
