Job Summary
As a Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. You will play a crucial role in their early development by implementing educational activities and fostering social skills. Must be certified.
Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Conduct activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development
- Monitor and assess each child's progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting
Skills
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
- Ability to manage children's behavior effectively
- Experience in infant care, toddler care, or daycare settings
- Familiarity with first aid procedures
- Previous experience working with children in roles such as nannying or teaching
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
