ABOUT THE ROLE:

● Full-Time

● Easthampton, MA

● Hybrid work model available with a min of 3 days in the office and flexibility for additional days as needed.

Position overview:

You will become part of a three-person customer service team focused on delivering an exceptional customer service experience. In addition to helping customers directly, you will be a point of contact for our amazing team of 80+ sales representatives in the USA & Canada. You will play a pivotal role in processing orders from our wholesale funnel and will become an expert in our ERP system, allowing you to efficiently troubleshoot any issues that arise during order processing. You will also master our products and policies to ensure accurate information, efficient response times, and effective order management. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to our company's growth while honing your customer service and problem-solving skills. We love our customers and sales reps and pride ourselves on over delivering on product quality and a positive customer service experience. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

We're looking for a person to join our team who is curious, proactive, motivated and thrives on helping resolve issues and making things happen. We are passionate about creating products that people love and are looking for someone equally as passionate about being an important part of the sales and service funnel. Someone with great positive energy, who can be flexible within a fast-paced growing company and has great attention to detail.

About the job:

● 40 hours/week. Job start date: asap

● Process orders through our ERP system as well as through Shopify & Amazon.

● Master our ERP system to become an expert, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

● Form relationships with our amazing sales reps, providing them with support via phone and email.

● Deliver an exceptional experience by helping customers resolve inquiries and issues through Scout Curated Wears inbound digital channels (email, chat, social, phone, etc.).

● Answer phones and emails to provide great, timely & friendly customer service and sales support.

● Redirect customers to the appropriate departments as needed.

● Communicate with our fulfillment center to ensure special order requirements are met and orders are shipped on time.

● Become a product and brand expert for Scout Curated Wears

Qualifications/Requirements:

● A college degree with 1-2 years of experience is preferred.

● Understanding of retail/wholesale sales and merchandising for a product-based business.

● Positive attitude and strong interest in working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

● Clear and engaging communication skills, i.e., energetic, articulate, outstanding active listening skills, empathetic.

● Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and identify effective solutions.

● Proficiency with computers and technology, including experience with software troubleshooting.

● Proficient in MS Office Suite with above average Excel skills including V-Lookup and Pivot tables.

● Open to learning new software programs.

● Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

● Ability to work independently in an open office environment and effectively prioritize workload.

● Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing office needs.

● Basic understanding of general accounting and bookkeeping principles.

Additional skills that would be preferable but not required:

● Experience working in a retail environment is a plus.

● Knowledge of Shopify & Amazon.
