Emseal, A Sika Company, is a manufacturer of premium sealants and expansion joint systems for the commercial construction industry and many specialty market applications.We are seeking an experienced Vertical Market Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in understanding customer needs, addressing product gaps, and driving innovation to contribute to market share growth, improved customer experience, and business expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve business results.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience to identify product gaps and generate new ideas that will drive market share growth and improve customer satisfaction.Analyze our product portfolio in comparison to the competitive landscape to ensure we stay ahead of market trends and evolving customer needs.Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact while securing internal and external buy-in for the product vision.Identify new business opportunities within the interior market segment and create actionable plans to pursue and capture new business.Lead the design, development, and implementation of impactful marketing programs that support business objectives and growth.Develop and manage training programs for both external partners and internal teams, ensuring that they are fully equipped to represent and use the company’s products.Plan, execute, and oversee large-scale projects within Vertical Market, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and flawless execution in collaboration with company stakeholders.Drive efforts to optimize production and inventory by reducing the number of parts and creating universal items through product rationalization.Assist the sales team in executing and selecting product offerings throughout the sales cycle to maximize customer satisfaction.Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of products and projects.Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers to grow and sustain relationships for large-scale opportunities.
