Description Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our client's team on a long-term contract basis. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and compliance with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

Process and manage payroll accurately and timely.

Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies.

Address any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies from employees.

Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll accounts.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.

Investigate and resolve employee complaints or concerns in a timely and fair manner.

Provide guidance and support to managers on employee disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

Coordinate open enrollment processes and communicate benefit options to employees.

Liaise with benefit vendors to ensure smooth administration and resolve any issues.

Stay updated on changes in benefits laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR management roles, with a focus on payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.

In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
