Description We have partnered with a global services organization who is looking for a Financial Manager with heavy project accounting experience. The ideal Finance Manager will have 5+ years of project accounting and WIP reporting experience within the engineering, consulting or construction industries. A strong background with WIP reporting, project costing, budget tracking and expense management is desired. This position will require a proven ability to work with all levels of management in addition to an ability to manage the expectations of multiple clients. International experience and any exposure to government contracts is helpful. Previous public accounting experience is desired if possible. Deep understanding of Project audits
Expertise in project accounting
Bank reconciliations experience preferred
WIP - Work In Progress experience
Construction project accounting experience
Proven knowledge of Audit Functions
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
Solid technical skills
CPA or MBA preferred
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
3+ years of recent relevant financial experience
Strong problem-solving skills
