Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Design and Advertising Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually compelling designs and developing impactful advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand identity, driving engagement, and executing results-driven marketing initiatives. Drawing from extensive experience in leading successful marketing strategies, including product launches and promotions, you will bring innovative ideas that enhance market penetration and ensure brand consistency. Your expertise will also contribute to managing creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results while meeting deadlines.Creative Design:Create high-quality, visually engaging designs for print, digital, and video content using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Develop and maintain product collateral such as brochures, signage, packaging, and digital product sheets, ensuring brand consistency.Develop and maintain product brochures, ensuring design consistency, accurate product information, and regular updates to reflect evolving product lines.Design and execute assets for product launches, including marketing materials, digital campaigns, and event collateral, to maximize visibility and market penetration.Produce in-store displays and signage, including posters, shelf talkers, banners, and countertop displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.Design custom trade show booths and event materials, including banners, backdrops, and promotional items, to enhance brand visibility. Produce video content, including product demos, testimonials, and brand storytelling, using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.Advertising Campaigns:Create and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns, track and optimize performance.Conceptualize and design creatives tailored to web, social media, email, and print, maintaining consistent messaging.Social Media & Digital Content:Design branded visuals, animations, and videos for social media, enhancing engagement and visibility.Manage content calendars to ensure a consistent, strategic social media presence.Develop SEO-optimized digital content for websites, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns.Video Production:Utilize Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro to produce and edit high-quality videos, including product demos, testimonials, and brand storytelling.Create instructional and training videos to support sales teams and enhance customer education.Capture compelling content that highlights product features and reinforces brand identity.Vendor & Partner Collaboration:Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.Oversee quality assurance for assets produced by external partners, maintaining brand standards.Coordinate with partners on co-branded campaigns and trade show collaborations.
