There's an opening for an experienced, well-rounded Software Engineer at Robert Half. As a part of a hard working and deeply passionate team, you will play a pivotal role as the Software Engineer in developing new platforms and maintaining existing systems. A permanent role, this Software Engineer opportunity will be based in the Waltham, Massachusetts area.Major responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the product team to build new features and infrastructure- Uphold top programming practices and standards- Gauge new technologies and create prototypes for constant improvements- Develop high quality production-ready code in an agile environment- Supplement solutions which account for scalability and optimize performance- Plan and apply back end and front end components and services Requirements - Background working with web application frameworks- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC Framework- Proven knowledge of Docker- Web API experience preferred- Jenkins experience- C# experience- Knowledge of ASP.NET- Experience with API design- Strong familiarity with the planning, launching, and refactoring phases of code- Strong relational database management systems expertise.
