Run high quality transparent monthly / quarterly forecasting and reporting processes for the division, analyzing full P&L, working capital performance, and other key financial metrics
Effectively engages in innovative solutions that increase financial performance and process efficiency
Lead aspects of Divisional functional G&A operating budgets, ensuring funds are optimally deployed against prioritized programs
Develop and improve reporting and analyses to enhance visibility to business performance and critical initiatives
Management and Personnel Development
Provide leadership among the CMD finance team, train, mentor and develop junior FP&A team members
Conduct regular one-on-ones, annual reviews, and development discussions with the team to provide meaningful feedback on achieving personal and organizational goals and advancing their career

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
7+ years of dynamic experience in finance with prior management and/or mentoring experience a plus
