A role where you will work closely with our Senior Management team in an international environment within the Medical Device industry to build close relationship with our management team, support with tasks such as inventory project costs, pricing and business plans. In addition, you will be responsible to contribute in the monthly closing processes and focus on business partnering to the Production Director.You will be part of a world leading dental company within an international matrix driven organization. Join us as we make people smile!You will report directly to the Supply Chain Finance Director where you will work close to our Operations site lead, the Supply Chain FP&A and Accounting Directors in an international environment.Responsibilities :
Act as business partner for Operation Lead in support of the manufacturing activities including reporting, analysis and decision-making.
Provide leadership to manufacturing site to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reporting.
Oversees month-end close activities including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations related to product cost and inventory.
Oversees the ERP production data, ensuring that the operations team is properly recording and reporting inventory and COGS related transactions.
Oversees in the review of the manufacturing variances and the understanding of the detail transactions.
Oversees the preparation of various analysis including manufacturing costs and variances including spend and absorption.
Acts as a liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution and Marketing to ensure effective and efficient processes involving BOM-type inventory logistics.
Serves as a key member of the site leadership team providing financial thought leadership to the organization.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
At least 3-6 years of experience in cost accounting, and / or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
In-depth understanding of costing methodologies and volume & spend variance analysis.
Firm knowledge of policies and practices involved in financial management, accounting principles/procedures, and capital project evaluation.
Knowledge of principles and practices involved in the implementation of audit standards with heavy emphasis on SOX and internal controls.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is an advantage.
Some domestic and / or international travel may be required.
