Purpose and ScopeThis hybrid role combines project coordination, executive support, and HR support, focusing on strategic initiatives and high-level tasks. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize. The role will involve managing special projects, supporting executive meetings, and coordinating cross-functional teams. This role will report to the Head of DTI Strategic Initiatives, while partnering closely with IT Leadership Executives on special project needs.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Initiatives and Project Management:
IT Leadership Team Special Projects:
Contractor Tracking Support: Manage contractor rosters, track furlough periods, and gather exemption information.
Leadership Town Hall Content Support: Assist IT leadership in creating content for regular town hall meetings and support running the quarterly meetings.
Anchor Partnership Tracking: Track IT Leadership leads for each anchor partner and follow up on regular touchpoints to ensure high-quality service delivery.
HR Special Projects and Programs: Collaborate with the HRBP to support IT and ELT members with process communication and progress tracking.
Other Special Projects: Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Operational Review Support:
Co-create agendas, collect materials, and document key takeaways and action items for monthly Operational Review meetings with IT Leadership.
IT Group Success Story Collection and Compilation:
Work with Extended Leadership team members to compile quarterly team accomplishments and create summary documents.
Compile a year-end report based on quarterly updates for the Management Board.
Other Special Projects as needed in support of IT Leadership and IT Extended Leadership Teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in human resources, project management, or equivalent experience

Discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Desired Skills:
Knowledge/proficiency of project management software (e.g. Trello, Microsoft Project) to assist with tracking and organizing tasks
Basic knowledge of Information Technology and HR organizations and tools (such as Workday)
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and external stakeholders.
Initiative: Proactive approach to tasks and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Writing: Ability to write clear and concise technical documents, job descriptions, reports, and presentations.
