Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst III in Waltham, Massachusetts. This role will be involved in the IT industry, focusing on Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, and EO/IR systems. The workplace will be a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions.Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Android Development Provide support and maintenance for Cisco Technologies within the organization Manage and troubleshoot Citrix Technologies, ensuring optimal performance Maintain and manage database systems, ensuring data integrity and security Work with EO/IR systems, performing routine checks and upgrades Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and access controls Support and troubleshoot Apple Devices within the organization Oversee computer hardware systems, performing routine maintenance and upgrades Implement Configuration Management processes to manage system changes effectively Coordinate and execute system Deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Requirements Possession of a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or a similar position Proven expertise in Android Development Demonstrable knowledge of Cisco Technologies Familiarity with Citrix Technologies Experience working with databases Understanding of EO/IR systems Competence in using Active Directory Experience with Apple Devices Proficiency in Computer Hardware Knowledge of Configuration Management Experience in Deployments Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Commitment to continuous professional development and learning new technologies Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
