As a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will support the development of on-site installation, servicing, and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will work on Material Handling equipment such as Conveyors, Palletizers, and Robots, as well as assist with servicing/programming Allen Bradley PLCs using Rockwell Software. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers, and competitors. You will promote revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work remotely with 100% travel throughout the NE states from ME down to VA and PA, and occasionally nationwide.In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of complex equipment and systems, ensuring efficient and effective installation and repair processes. Your technical expertise, customer service skills, and ability to drive continuous improvement will contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the organization. You Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of Manufacturing Technical Installations or engineering (electrical or mechanical devices) experience
Valid Driver’s License
