Manually produce transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies
Contact clients to gather vital information/documents
Thoroughly enter the appropriate data into Tax software application
Resolve and invoice for form preparation fees
Manage incoming client calls to answer tax questions and set appointments
Be responsible for other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned Requirements - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
Experience with high volume data entry
Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
Solid understanding of Individual Tax Return
ATX Tax Software experience preferred
