Please Join Viability for our Walk in Wednesday Hiring Event!Date: Wednesday July 9th, 2025Location: 60 Brookdale Drive Springfield, MA 01104Time: 9:00am-3:00pmSign on bonus offered! ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)Rate of Pay: $22.00 Per HourAvailable Positions:Full Time Life Skills Support Professional: Provide support and training to work with members in accordance with ISP goals and objectives. Work directly with and alongside adults with profound physical disabilities and developmental delays on social and communication skills, activities of daily living, and building esteem.Part Time Van Driver: Provide transportation to Viability members with disabilities to assist them in getting to work and their day program. Drivers are responsible for ensuring vehicle is safe and in operational condition, required paperwork is completed, and performing various other duties. Drivers must demonstrate courtesy and respect to passengers and other customers.Life Sills Qualifications:High School/GED Must have a valid Massachusetts driver's license Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not requiredVan Driver Qualifications:High School/GED Must have a valid Massachusetts driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experienceAbility pass a pre-employment drug screening, CORI, fingerprinting, and DOT required“Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
