Need an experienced, self-directed, reliable, maintenance person to help take care of New Bedford apartments. Duties include: apartment turn-overs, painting, wal repair, lock changes, light changes, flooring replacement, cleaning, pest treatment, appliance repair, light gardening, window repairs, basic plumbing repairs, etc. Roughly 9 to 5 M-F. Occassional emergency call affter-hours or weekend. You need not have to know how to do all of the things above. We can teach some.
Full time roll. 40 hours a week. sometimes more.
must have own reliable transportation, will have to move between properties.
Must be physically able for labor.
