Looking to hire a couple more framers. Preferably guys that want to work and have good work ethic.
3-5 years experience required.
Transportation and own hand tools required.
All work is local.
Willing to pay for the right people and experience. You should be willing to work for it also.
Foreman position requires the ability to read plans and run a crew. Good communication skills are a must. Good people skills are also a must. This position requires a lot, not for just anybody. I have no problem paying, but you should be extremely familiar with the building process in residential framing and be able to lead a crew to finish projects in a timely manner.
