Hi and welcome to a truly unique opportunity and high potential to make a great money at Aquidneck Honey. This job posting is for a traveling sales person to approach markets, grocery stores, restaurants and other establishments to get our product on their shelves. What is our product? The absolute best local honey in all of New England! This product honestly sells itself, we are currently in 36 stores and counting. My co-owner and myself are just too busy to approach stores ourselves. That is why we are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, creative and ambitious person to be our traveling sales representative.
Applicants would need to have a valid drivers license and their own reliable transportation.
The job would entail approaching stores, restaurants and other establishments that would consider buying our product at wholesale prices.
Applicants will be trained on how to offer samples of our products to the right people at these establishments, and start accounts with Aquidneck Honey.
Compensation: This is a commission based position. Now before you stop reading, you probably want to check out exactly how the commission works. Simply put, the more you sell the more you make. Every account you establish, no matter how big or small, will earn you a 10% commission on every order they place for 12 months. If the first sale for a new account is $100 or more you will receive a $100 cash bonus upon the stores first payment.
Here is an example. Your first account is Bob's Market. Bob's Market places their first order for $1,000. You will get $100 bonus + $100 commission. The following month Bob's Market places a second order for $800. You will get a commission of $80. This will continue for 12 months after the first order is placed.
As you can see if you establish 10 accounts like this you could be earning $800 a month for 12 months without doing anything. The more accounts you create, the bigger this number gets. Even if you stop working for us we will continue to send your commission checks every month.

Our honey is so good it sells itself. We will train you and take you to some businesses and show you exactly how it's all done. You will see for yourself how much people love our honey. As of right now we are targeting New Haven, New Bedford and Westport (our base of operations). Our goal is to be in 100's of stores throughout New England.
