Responsibilities:
Facilitate the creation of a Transformative Development Initiative (TDI) Downtown Business Subcommittee.
Support the outreach efforts of Make It Last, Inc. and the TDI Partnership to local district businesses.
Develop 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year goal plans for the business group.
Attend bi-weekly TDI Partnership meetings to develop a cohesive outreach and education strategy.
Host at least three in-person educational events within the TDI District.
Establish a communication system for consistent engagement with downtown businesses.
Investigate the structure and role of the TDI Partnership in downtown Attleboro.
Identify and engage key participants to form a downtown business group.
Meet with and interview downtown business owners to assess their needs and challenges.
Promote and market the TDI Business Development Subcommittee.
