Responsibilities include:
Draft motions.
Review, organize, and summarize case materials.
Conduct legal research and investigations as needed and directed.
Manage email and telephone communications.
Open and close files.
Manage Office.
Ideal Candidates should have the following:
2+ years of previous criminal law and/or litigation experience. Prior office management experience. Outstanding organizational, administrative, and communication skills - both written and oral. Have a high attention to detail and the ability to follow through and follow up to complete assigned tasks. The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, effectively multi-task and produce a high end work product in a very fast paced environment; Team oriented mind-set; Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
