Full time General Laborer –Property Maintenance and Remodeling

We're property management firm seeking a reliable, skilled, ethical and motivated craftsperson who could join our team! We specialize in maintenance of residential multifamily properties, renovations of bathrooms, kitchens, and various mostly interior projects, however we also do decks and exterior work on occasion.
What we're looking for:
Basic carpentry/remodeling hand tools (tape measure, screwdriver, cordless drill/driver, speed square, hammer, pry tools, skill saw, chop saw, table saw, grinder etc.)
Reliable transportation to work in Fall River, MA
Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary (around 80 lbs) and work comfortably on ladders
Dependability, trustworthiness, respectfulness, and excellent communication skills
Experience is a plus but it's not a MUST in the following: sheetrock/finishing, painting, demolition, light plumbing, and light electrical, tile work, carpentry
Ability to work independently or lead others on projects will be reflected in pay rate.
