Host/Hostess/Server/Waitstaff Ida Lewis Yacht Club in Newport, RI is looking for one host/hostess/waitstaff to join our team for the 2024 club season Mid May-Oct 9th. We are located on 170 Wellington Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged individual. Responsibilities, Greeting customers and making them feel welcome, Greeting members & seating them, Estimating wait time for guests, Setting tables, Presenting the menu and helping customers select food, Delivering food to tables, Delivering a great customer experience. Must be able to listen and communicate effectively, multitask efficiently, Strong organizational skills, Prior experience as a server or host a plus.
