Our ideal candidate for this newly created position - Business Manager - will be able to multi-task and function independently. We are seeking a flexible, hard-working individual with experience in accounting/finance.
You must be:
a self-starter with a strong work ethic
able to function alongside others as a crucial team member
manage productivity numbers, and monitor and report out on growth goals
work in tandem with Directors and Officers to increase output and productivity
proficient with a variety of software tools and easily adaptable to using new software and related applications
able to stay on task to accurately produce all necessary spreadsheets, charts and documentation
travel locally to our multiple locations on the South Shore and Cape Cod
seeking to thrive in a positive work climate

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus 3 or more years of demonstrated experience.
