This HR Generalist will be primarily responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Primary responsibilities include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents . Wield HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
Organize physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

Requirements
Thorough when handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
Super organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset are a must
1+ years of human resources experience
Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
Comfortable developing and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
