Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Somerville, Massachusetts. This role is within the IT industry and will be based in an office environment. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will be part of a team providing tier 1 IT support, dealing with a variety of tasks from handling IT support tickets, managing laptop configurations, to maintaining an organized inventory.Responsibilities: Handle incoming IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of software on laptops Manage configurations on laptops before they are shipped out Maintain an organized inventory of IT equipment including laptops, Mac & Windows devices, iPhones/Mobile phones, and iPads Provide general IT support across a variety of devices and platforms including Android, Cisco, Citrix Technologies, Microsoft, and Active Directory Ensure the proper deployment and configuration management of IT resources Assist in the maintenance of hardware including Apple devices and a variety of Dell makes and models Help manage a user base of approximately 200, ensuring IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.
