Account Manager

Description Robert Half's client in Sharon is looking to bring on an Account Manager to their team. You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Your goal in this role is to provide outstanding customer service to top clients. You will do this by-Capture and analyze key statistics-Apply best judgment and provide accurate resolution -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction-Manage order process and tasks associated with systems-Establish a strong product knowledge to better handle customer questions and provide a consultative, yet conversational experience for our customersLocation: Sharon, MA Start Date: ASAP Duration: Long term temp - possible temp to perm Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00 PM - 1/2 hour for lunch hybrid once trained - 2 days from home Pay: $22-$25/hr - based on experience Requirements Account Management Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
