Description An experienced IT Project Manager is needed for this position. Robert Half's local client is looking for Senior Project Managers in the Norwell, Massachusetts area to work onsite with their existing team. Ideal candidates for this role can take responsibility for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. You'll be a top candidate if you can manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. If you believe you can ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders, you will be good at this job. This is a permanent opportunity. You must be willing to be onsite 3+ days per week. Responsibilities:

Initiate, design, plan, control and execute IT infrastructure projects for our healthcare clients.

Collaborate with various teams, including software development, network, security and business intelligence to ensure smooth progression of projects.

Manage communication with stakeholders to align expectations and keep them informed about project progress.

Identify project risks, challenges or conflicts and effectively manage them.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for infrastructure related requirements.

Control project budget, cost, and schedule.

Adhere strictly to compliance, security and privacy regulations as per healthcare industry standards.

Provide regular status reports to the management.

Contribute to the continual improvement of the project management process.

Lead and mentor a high-performance project management team, creating a positive work environment encouraging team performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.

Demonstrable experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Profound understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and privacy standards.

Strong leadership capabilities, able to mentor and inspire teams.
